We offer our riders the ability to full lease either a FLEC owned horse or assistance in finding you a horse that fits your needs. Full leases on FLEC owned horses are available for 6 months or 1 year. In a full lease, the lessee has exclusive access to that horse and is responsible for that horse’s lease fee, board, farrier, dentist, vet expenses, and any additional maintenance needed. FLEC lease horses must be enrolled in either elite board, full board, or care board with a minimum of two al a carte lessons a week.
-
If full leasing is too much of a time or financial commitment, we offer our riders the ability to partial lease a FLEC owned horse. Partial leases are available for 6 months or 1 year. In a partial lease, the lessee has exclusive access to that horse 3 days a week. During a partial lease, the leasee is responsible for 50% of that horse’s care board and 50% of maintenance, including farrier, dentist, and standard vet expenses. Partial lease horses must be enrolled in a 2x or 3x week lesson package.
